Job Summary
We’re looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Specialist within our Ipswich site based at Adastral Park. Your role will be to drive the recruitment strategy for the Research Centre ensuring the acquisition of top technical talent within the industry, across both technical and managerial roles. You will work closely with stakeholders to implement the recruitment strategy across departments, develop recruitment strategies with the HR Business Partner and senior managers and execute the recruitment plans to attract and retain the best talent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a strong understanding of different business department recruitment requirements and objectives.
- Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, providing guidance on recruitment best practices, market insights and talent trends.
- Proactively source and engage high-quality candidates through direct search methods, including headhunting, social media, networking, and referral
- Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including interviews, skills testing, and reference checks, ensuring alignment with job requirements and company culture.
- Develop and implement innovative recruitment campaigns and initiatives to attract top talent.
- Utilize social media platforms, industry events, webinars, and content marketing to enhance our reach and appeal to potential candidates.
- Partner with hiring managers and senior leaders to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Provide expert advice on talent acquisition trends, market conditions, and best practices.

Person Specification:
Required:
- Mandarin Speaking
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in recruitment and attraction of senior talent.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS)

Additional Information
Candidates must be eligible to, and hold all relevant finalised paperwork, to live and work in the UK. Copies of Passports and Visas will be requested. Please note we do not offer sponsorship for this role at this current time.
This is initially a 12-month temp/agency worker contract, to be extended for further 12-month periods dependent on performance and workload. Assignments are renewed on the 31st December each year.
