Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Technical Standardization Delegate to drive our international standardization strategy and expand our industry influence. In this role, you will represent the company in international standards organizations, lead key technical initiatives, and align industry standards with strategic product goals.
Leveraging deep technical expertise in wireless communications, you will champion core contributions, strengthen corporate representation, and mentor team members within the domain.
Working within a global team, you will collaborate with researchers, engineers, and internal stakeholders to advance next-generation technologies. Strong cross-functional teamwork, strategic thinking, and technical execution are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Standard Driving & Influence
Lead and drive standardization efforts as a primary delegate in international standards organizations; champion key standard initiatives, secure leadership and rapporteur roles, and enhance corporate influence and voice in the industry.
2. Product Strategy & Execution
Gain deep insights into product standardization requirements, formulate strategic standardization roadmaps and execution plans, and actively drive their implementation through industry meetings.
3. Spectrum Business Insights
Identify and analyze commercial opportunities arising from emerging spectrum applications and new allocations to support strategic business growth.
4. Capability Building & Mentorship
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members to continuously enhance domain expertise and overall team capabilities.

Required:
1. Industry & Domain Expertise: Extensive background in mobile communications with focus on 3GPP specifications (RF, RRM, demodulation, and performance evaluation).
2. Standardization Track Record: Proven 3GPP Delegate with 5+ years of hands-on experience actively participating in, contributing to, and steering working group meetings. Track record of successfully driving standard proposals and representing corporate interests on international standardization stages.
3. System Architecture & Design: Deep understanding of 4G/5G/5G-Advanced radio access network architectures and RF system design.
4. Technical Leadership: Proven capability to steer complex technical initiatives, guide working directions, and deliver high-quality technical specifications on schedule.
5. Soft Skills: Exceptional technical communication, cross-cultural collaboration, and strategic negotiation skills, combined with strong product awareness.
