Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Mandarin Speaking HR Assistant with excellent communication skills to manage the company’s onboarding and offboarding processes, assist with interview scheduling, and support the HR team with various other tasks. This role requires efficient and accurate handling of HR procedures while working closely with the team to ensure smooth HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Process Management
- Working with the HR Team, ensuring hiring managers are fully supported and trained in hiring practices to deliver a seamless candidate experience and consistent process.
- Administer the end to end recruitment process from arranging technical assessment, organising online and onsite interviews, feedback within agreed SLAs, until on boarding.
- Keep accurate and up to date records and produce weekly or monthly reports detailing vacancy pipeline.
- Support campus recruitment projects, organise student competitions and attending student events.
On boarding and off boarding
- Work with the Admin and IT teams, to ensure a smooth on-boarding and off-boarding experience for new hires and leavers.
- Be responsible to new starter Right to Work check.
HR Compliances
- Manage employee right to work records to ensure they are legally obligated.
- Maintain employee files, remove documents following the GDPR requests.
- Manage intern’s end of internship assessment.
- Ensure GDPR compliance throughout all HR processes.
