Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our London office and support the management and development of our fast-growing teams. This role requires a dynamic individual who can operate at both strategic and hands-on levels to foster a collaborative, high-performance, and innovative workplace culture.
The ideal candidate will bring a data-driven mindset, strong business acumen, and exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. You will be instrumental in advancing our HR strategies, driving organizational effectiveness, and supporting leadership across a wide range of HR functions, including talent development, performance management, employee engagement, and change initiatives. We’re looking for a passionate professional who is not only committed to driving results but also dedicated to helping others grow and thrive within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic business partnership and coaching to all levels of the organisation.
- Design and deliver targeted solutions with a high degree of focus on scale and growth, including strategic planning, talent assessment & retention, change management and team building.
- Proactively assess team, manager and organisational development needs, make recommendations and implement appropriate solutions
- Provide rigorous data analysis and reporting solutions to Management based on business needs.
- Manage and facilitate the overall performance appraisal, compensation strategies throughout the year.
- Integrate and partner with other HR Business Partners and UKRD strategy and execution in alignment with HQ policies.
- Manage complex employee relations cases, including disciplinary actions, grievance resolution, absence management, and redundancy processes, ensuring compliance with legal and company policies.

Person Specification:
- Required:
- Proven experience of 2-3 years in HR Business Partner or equivalent role
- Experience in global and highly matrixed organisations scale
- Demonstrates solid judgement and experience in assessing risk relative to the business needs
- Demonstrated experience in influencing and strategically solve problems
- Deep understanding of employment law, HR policies and best practices in the UK
- Desired:
- Fluency in Mandarin highly desirable
- CIPD qualified or willing to become CIPD qualified
- Experience working through change management for large-scale transformation initiatives
- Comprehensive generalist HR knowledge
- Experienced in handling complex employee relations matters, including disciplinary procedures, grievances, absence management and redundancies
